| Qualification and Experience for DCO: Master degree preferably in communications social/behavioral sciences, or public health/medicine with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in community mobilization and/or working with NGOs and NGO networks and working and liaising with Government agencies/partners including 5 years at the district level. |
| Qualification and Experience for DHCSO: Graduate preferably in communications social/behavioral sciences, or public health I medicine with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in community mobilization and/or working with NGOs and NGO networks and working and liaising with Government agencies / partners. Qualification and Experience for TCO: Graduate/post-graduate or its equivalent preferably in communications social/behavioral sciences, or public health Minimum 3 years’ experience in the planning and management of social development/public health programs, with minimum 1-year practical experience on supen/isory position, preferably District or Tehsil level position.
