1. The Recruitmentshall be made strictly on merit according to the Adhoc Policy of Government of the Punjab S&GAD department.
2. Only those candidates having domicile and CNIC of Punjab’s Districts are eligible to apply.
3. 08 years Age Relaxation of upper age limit for female candidates & 05 years Age Relaxation of upper age limit for male candidates as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR/ (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 08.08.2016.

4             The candidates already working in Government Sector should apply through proper channel other than online applications will not be entertained. The candidate should also produce No Inquiry or no disciplinary proceeding certificate or any court proceeding against him from last attended institution/ department.

5             If the candidate has any research publications to his/ her credit, a copy of such publications should be provided (provided that the article has been published in a journal recognized by PMC and HEC).

6             Attested photocopies of Matric & Intermediate certificates, testimonials, experi¬ence certificate, valid PM&DC or PMC Certificate, House Job certificate, charac¬ter, a certificate from last attended department and two attested photographs will be

provided in the office of the undersigned up to 19.03.2021.

7             The candidates must bring original documents of Matric & Intermediate certificates, Domicile. Computerized National Identity Card, House Job Certificate. PM&DC or PMC certificate, Original Research paper (if applicable), etc at the time of interview.

8             Last date for submission of the online application is 17.03.2021.

9             Both Male & females can apply.

10           The competent authority reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of posts advertised as well as change without any intimation.

11           Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained and will be rejected without any intimation.
